A.L.F.C. has a diverse staff with a diverse range of responsibilities. Many of us have multiple job titles. But there are a few of us who have a specific leadership position. Below, you will find all of our Department Heads. These are the people who, along with their staff and volunteers, make our church the best church in the world.
Human Resources Director
Along with her family, Shannon is committed to serving the people of our community and helping them discover what life can be when you have a relationship with Jesus Christ. She currently serves as our Human Resource Director and helps with overseeing our various areas of ministry and special events.
Account Services, Usher Ministry & Parking & Security Director
Jared shares a passion & a calling to serve in the ministry alongside his parents and sister. He is the Business Administrator. Jared is also instrumental in the development of many areas of ministry & events of the church. Jared also oversees the Ushers Ministry & the Parking & Security Team.
Ezra has been on staff at A.L.F.C. since 1999. He has served in several capacities and now works as our Music Director. He is instrumental in building and training our praise and worship teams and working with our musical talent for our weekly services and special drama and musical productions.
Associate Pastor, Spanish Services Pastor, Jail & Prison Ministry Director
Pastor Jorge serves as our Spanish Pastor and as an Associate Pastor. He also oversees our jail and prison ministry, which provides ministry services for inmates and their families. He is available for counseling sessions, weddings, and funerals in both English and Spanish.
Ron & Carrie Webb
Kids Ministry Pastors & Drama Directors
Ron and Carrie have headed our children’s ministry since 1984. As our drama directors, they create spectacular dramas and musical presentations throughout the year for our holiday productions. Their creativity and love for God’s Word inspires people of all ages!
Alex is the new youth pastor of Oneighty. He is a graduate of Faith Christian Academy and Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas TX. He teaches our youth to develop their own relationship with Jesus Christ, while also addressing relevant age-appropriate topics. The students at Oneighty always have a great time at church in our cutting-edge auditorium and game room designed especially for them.
Gloria has overseen our nursery department since 1982. She and her staff are trained according to daycare proficient standards and always work to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for your little ones. Not only will your children be taken care of by caring hands in our nursery, they will also start learning the Word of God.
Nancy has been assisting Pastors Charles and Rochelle for over 15 years. Along with handling the day-to-day needs of our pastors’ office, she coordinates all of the auxiliary classes the church offers and helps coordinate all of our special events.
Cafe & Bookstore Manager
Cody works hard to keep your favorite authors and titles on our bookshelves. You can also find him and his friendly staff at any of the four cafés throughout the building ready to whip up your favorite drink.
Greeter/Guest Services, Information Centers & Care Ministry Director
Rachel is oversees our greeters & guest services and our hospital care ministry. Her volunteer staff is here to serve and greet you as you first step inside our building. Our hospital and care ministry team is always available to pray with you and be a support to you and your family.
Stephen has overseen our sound department since 2006. Everything you hear from children’s church to youth to adult service is directed by Stephen and his team of sound technicians.
Lighting & Video Director
Jimmy has run our lighting and video department since 2006. He and his staff produce all the videos you see during services. They also produce our weekly TV shows and commercials. Jimmy also coordinates the lighting for praise and worship and special events.
Josh oversees our creative department. He got his start in video production, then moved into graphic design. In 2006, he oversaw the entire rebranding effort for the church as we moved into our new facility. Josh is responsible for all creative communication that comes out of ALFC.
Art Director & Photographer
Mike designs the majority of our graphic design projects. He is in charge of creating many of the visuals we use in brochures, videos and announcements. He also captures our special church events, which you can check out at our online photo gallery at alfc.com.
Public Relations Director
Elena coordinates all of our media relations. She works to notify local media of special events at the church, and she also ensures that the media is always welcomed at our events, while offering them assistance in obtaining the information they need.
Butch has been on staff at A.L.F.C. since 1993. He is responsible for maintaining all of the needs of our building and overseeing our custodial staff. Butch has a passion for making sure that our facilities are maintained and always presented in excellent condition.
Food Pantry Director
Pat has been heading our outreach ministry since 1995. She’s helped us give away an average of 400,000 pounds of food per year. Pat’s heart for hurting people continually opens doors for us to grow our outreach efforts.
