One of the realities , as we live our lives as children of God, is the constant pressure put on us to compromise. All of us are faced with this temptation, which comes in many forms and from many sources. The pressure to compromise is not new, every generation has been confronted by the reality that the world wants to try to put a “basket on our light” (Matthew 5:15). In response to this, Jesus has empowered us and called us to TAKE A STAND as His disciples and FOLLOW HIM (Matthew 16:24)!
